The box will always contain 4 one pound packages of premium ground beef (93:7), and 6 steaks (Ribeye, NY, Top Sirloin, Flank, Flat Iron, Hanger, Tenderloin, Cubed, Chuck) The type of steak will vary from week to week depending on our processing schedule.This is an ideal sized box for 2 people. All steaks will be individually vacuum sealed (1 lb ground chubs also) and delivered frozen. Boxes will also contain a special item complete with a recipe on how to prepare it written by Chef Scott Brinker himself. Items will be delivered to Rapid City Regional Hospital by Thursday at 12 noon the week they are ordered (so order by Wednesday at 12 noon) and will be available for pickup after 2 pm on Thursday. The hospital cafeteria is open from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm. Please pickup all weekly boxes by Friday and be sure to look for announcements of Chef Brinkers cooking classes while visiting the hospital. All orders will have a 6.5% tax added to them upon checkout.
