I decided to make this pepperoni sausage because everyone likes pepperoni. You can slice this up for snacks, put it on pizza or just carry it as a climbing treat in your pack and bite a chunk off it when you are hungry. Not as keto friendly as our Italian Salami since this has a bit of sugar in it but still pretty delicious. No nitrates added--this is a fermented product.
